Delete your account

1. Open TK Vorota and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom, past Sign out.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm twice. The first prompt explains what is removed; the second is the point of no return.

Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it.

Email support@tkvorota.com from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with. We will verify that the account is yours before deleting it, and complete the request within 30 days.

• Your sign-in. The account is removed from our authentication system. You cannot sign in again, and your phone number is released — you are free to register again later as a new user.
• Your personal details. Name, phone number, email address and profile photo are erased.
• Your store. If you sold on TK Vorota, your store name, store photos and store details are removed, and your product listings are withdrawn so nobody can order from them.
• Notifications. Your push tokens are deleted, so your devices stop receiving anything from us.

TK Vorota is a marketplace, so most records here describe a dealing between two people. Erasing your side of a completed transaction would erase the other person's record of it too — a seller should not lose the history of a sale because the buyer closed their account.

So the following remain, with nothing identifying you attached:

• Conversations you took part in stay visible to the other participant, attributed to “Deleted user”.
• Orders and order history stay with the other party, as their record of the deal.
• Reviews you wrote stay on the seller's profile, shown without your name.

None of this can be linked back to you: your identity is removed before anything else, so what remains is an anonymous record of an event, not information about a person.

Routine server backups may hold a copy for up to 30 days before they rotate out. We do not restore deleted accounts from backups.
