Terms of Service

TK Vorota is a place where buyers and sellers find each other and talk directly. We provide the venue, the messaging and the listings.

We are not a party to any deal made through the app. We do not hold funds, ship goods, or guarantee that a seller will deliver or that a buyer will pay. Payment and delivery are arranged between the two of you, outside TK Vorota.

You must be at least 16 to use TK Vorota. You sign in with a phone number you control, and you are responsible for what happens on your account. One account per person; do not share it or transfer it.

Give accurate details, and keep them accurate.

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not post, send, or list:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abuse of any person or group
• Sexual content involving minors, or any sexual content sent to someone who did not ask for it
• Violent, graphic or grossly offensive material
• Illegal goods or services, stolen property, weapons, drugs, or counterfeits
• Scams, fake listings, false prices, or impersonation of another person or business
• Someone else's private information, or content you have no right to publish
• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or automated scraping of the app

How this is enforced. Every user profile has a Report action and a Block action. Blocking stops that person contacting you immediately. Reports reach us directly, and we review every one within 24 hours. Where a report is upheld we remove the content and suspend or permanently remove the account responsible. Serious cases are referred to the authorities.

You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content or end an account that breaks these rules, without notice where the harm is immediate.

List only goods you actually have and are legally entitled to sell. Describe them accurately, price them honestly, and use photographs of the real item. Honour the orders you accept, and tell the buyer promptly if you cannot.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including tax, consumer and import rules.

Check what you are buying and who you are buying from before you pay. Because payment happens outside TK Vorota, we cannot reverse it, recover it, or mediate a refund. Treat an offer that seems too good as exactly that, and report it.

TK Vorota is free to use. We take no commission on deals made through the app, and we do not process payments.

If we ever introduce fees we will tell you in the app before they apply to you, and you will be free to stop using the service instead.

What you post stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people it is meant for — the person you are messaging, or buyers browsing your listings — for as long as you keep it on the service. That permission exists only so the app can work.

The app, the website, the TK Vorota name and logo, and everything we have made that is part of them, belong to us. You may use the service as it is intended to be used; you may not copy it, resell access to it, reverse-engineer it, or scrape it — by hand or by automation.

You are responsible for your own listings, messages and deals. If somebody brings a claim against us because of something you posted, sold, or did through TK Vorota, you agree to cover the costs that claim causes us, so far as the law allows.

We work to keep TK Vorota running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we may change or withdraw features. The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising out of a deal between users, or out of the service being unavailable.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. See the account deletion page for what happens to your data.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to by law.

This agreement is between you and TK Vorota only — not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

We, not Apple, are solely responsible for support, for any warranty, for addressing any claim that the app fails to conform or breaks the law, and for any claim that the app infringes somebody's intellectual property. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app.

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes that cannot be settled between us go to the courts of the Russian Federation.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we do not enforce something straight away, that is not us giving it up. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the service.

If these terms change materially we will update the date at the top of this page and tell you in the app. Continuing to use TK Vorota after that means you accept the new terms.
